Congratulations to Jeff Cardell, recipient of CalPELRA’s “Moving Forward Award” for 2015
RSHS client Jeff Cardell, Personnel Director of the City of Fresno, is this year’s recipient of the “Moving Forward Award” which is given to individuals or organizations who have demonstrated innovative leadership in California public sector labor relations. Jeff is being recognized as the driving force behind instituting a workers’ compensation carve out program for the Fresno Police Officers Association. The awards ceremony will be held at 8:00 a.m., Thurs., October 22 in the De Anza Ballroom, Portola.
